TOA Speakers Certified with AS ISO 7240.24:2018 by BSI

We are pleased to announce that an extensive range of TOA speakers got certified with AS ISO 7240.24:2018, Fire detection and alarm systems Fire alarm loudspeakers, by British Standards Institution (BSI). Certification was issued on 30 Sept 2020 to TOA’s exclusive distributor Australis Music Group Pty Ltd.
TOA understands that it is critical that our products comply with the standard of BSI. In order to build a solid foothold in the voice evacuation market in Australia and New Zealand, one of TOA's sales subsidiary companies, TOA ELECTRONICS PTE LTD had worked together with exclusive Australia/New Zealand’s distributor, Australis Music Group Pty Ltd to obtain this certification.

AS ISO 7240.24:2018 specifies requirements, test methods and performance criteria for loudspeakers intended to broadcast a warning of fire between a fire detection and alarm system and the occupants of a building.
