Announcement of Reorganization

Tokyo, February 16, 2026 - TOA Corporation (Headquarters: Kobe, Japan, President,CEO: TANIGUCHI Masahiro) is to implement the following personnel reassignments, effective as of April 1, 2026.

The Asia & Pacific Business Department and the China & East Asia Business Department will be integrated and reorganized into the Asia & Pacific Business Department.
By combining the expertise and experience cultivated within both Business Departments, TOA will strengthen its operational framework, enhance competitiveness in overseas markets, and accelerate global business growth.
