Announcement of Reorganization and Personnel Changes

Tokyo, January 15, 2026 - TOA Corporation (Headquarters: Kobe, Japan, President, CEO: TANIGUCHI Masahiro) is to implement the following reorganization and personnel changes, effective as of April 1, 2026.

To strengthen the exploration and creation of new business opportunities and accelerate commercialization, the Business Development Department will be established.
The Technical Market Research Department and the Next Business Promotion Department will be dissolved, and their functions will be consolidated into the Business Development Department.

This will promote greater focus and prioritization in in-house development and enhance development speed.
In addition, the Company will establish the Voice Alarm System Department to expand the value of emergency and public address systems globally.
*VA is an abbreviation for Voice Alarm.

The Engineering Division will be reorganized into two departments.
The Company will establish the Customer Engineering Department to enhance after-sales services and establish after-sales business operations.

The Digital Business Department, under the Solution Sales Division, will be reorganized and transferred to the Digital Transformation Division to oversee supply chain operations and promote efficiency and automation.

This will strengthen understanding of the market and support for customers. The otonoha Corporation, currently under the Next Business Promotion Department, will be transferred to the Domestic Sales Division.

To accelerate the growth of overseas business across the Group, the Company will establish the International Business Promotion Department. The existing International Business Promotion Department and the Transnational Strategy Department will be dissolved, and their functions will be integrated into the newly established International Business Promotion Department.
