Update on Impact from the Noto Peninsula Earthquake in 2024

Below is an update on the impact of this earthquake on TOA Corporation.

1．Damage Situation

We have confirmed the safety of all TOA employees and their families in Japan. Our facilities and equipment have not been affected. Our offices near the epicenter in Kanazawa and Niigata, as well as all other locations, have resumed normal operations as of today.
While production and shipping have not been impacted, deliveries to some domestic areas may take longer than usual due to transportation disruptions.

2．Impact on Financial Performance

We believe the impact of this earthquake on our financial performance will be minor. We will promptly disclose any material impact that is foreseen.
