Announcement of Reorganization and Personnel Changes

Tokyo, January 14, 2022 - TOA Corporation (Headquarters: Kobe, Japan, President, CEO: TAKEUCHI Kazuhiro) to be implement the following reorganization and personnel change, effective as of April 1, 2022.

Reorganization

  1. 1) Reorganize the Corporate Planning Division and the Administration Division into the Corporate Administration Division, and establish the Planning Management Department under its umbrella

The Corporate Administration Division, which includes the Information System Department, Compliance Department, Human Resource Department, General Affairs Department, Accounting & Financial Department and Planning Management Department, is responsible for the integrated planning and resource management. The Planning Management Department is responsible for the formulation of business plans, execution and management.

  1. 2) Establish the "Department of the President" to the direct control of the President, CEO

Department of the President is responsible for planning and executing management strategies from a mid to long-term perspective as a support function for top management.

  1. 3) Move the "Public Relations Department" to the direct control of the President, CEO

Public Relations Department strengthens the corporate communication for various stakeholders.

  1. 4) Rename the "International Sales & Marketing Department" to the "International Business Promotion Department"

The sales function of the International Sales & Marketing Department is transferred to the regional business department and to focus on the overseas business.
