Announcement of Reorganization and Personnel Changes

Tokyo, January 15, 2019 - TOA Corporation (Headquarters: Kobe, Japan, President, CEO: Kazuhiro Takeuchi) to be implement the following reorganization and personnel change, effective as of April 1, 2019.

International Business Division will be reorganized, and a new department called Transnational Strategy Department will be established to the purpose of accelerating our user activities globally and continuing the relationship with our users.
