Announcement of Re-organization and Personnel Changes

Tokyo, February 12, 2016 - TOA Corporation (Headquarters: Kobe, Japan, Chairman and CEO: Kenji Itani) is to implement the following reorganization and personnel change, effective as of April 1, 2016.

The reorganization and personnel change will be implemented on April 1, 2016.

Research and Development Division
To streamline and speed up development, Engineering Division, Security Development Division, and Audio Development Division will be merged, forming the new Research and Development Division.
The new Product Strategy Department and Technical Center will be established, as departments under the Research and Development Division.

Supply Chain Management Division
To reinforce the promotion of supply chain management, the new Supply Chain Planning Department will be established, as a department under the Supply Chain Management Division.

Intellectual Property Department
The Intellectual Property Department, reorganized from the Intellectual Property office, set under the Research and Development Division for the purpose of enhancing and utilizing functions of Intellectual Property.
