Announcement of Re-organization and Personnel Changes

Tokyo, March 13, 2015 - TOA Corporation (Headquarters: Kobe, Japan, President, C.E.O.: Kenji Itani) is to implement the following organizational changes and personnel reassignments, effective as of April 1, 2015.

Two new divisions, the Domestic Sales Division and the Solution Sales Division, will be established and placed under the Domestic Marketing Division. Both divisions and three other existing departments, the Sales Strategy Department, the Market Development Department and the Customer Support Department will report directly to the Domestic Marketing Division.

The Domestic Sales Division will manage five departments, including the East Japan Area Sales Department, the Kanto Area Sales Department, the Tokyo Area Sales Department, the Chubu Area Sales Department, the Kinki Area Sales Department, and the Kyusyu Area Sales Department.

The Business Solution Sales Department and the Solution System Sales Department will be established under the Solution Sales Division.

The name of the Europe & Russia Business Department will be changed to the Europe, Middle East & Africa Business Department.
