Announcement of Re-organization and Personnel Changes

Tokyo, March 6, 2014 - TOA Corporation (Headquarters: Kobe, Japan, President, C.E.O.: Kenji Itani) is to implement the following organizational changes and personnel reassignments, effective as of April 1, 2014.

A new division called the Corporate Planning Division will be established, for the purpose of reinforcing promotion of the company's mid-term management plan.
