TOA Establishes Sales Subsidiary in Vietnam

Tokyo, February 28, 2014 - TOA Corporation (Headquarters: Kobe, Japan, President, C.E.O.: Kenji Itani) has opened a sales subsidiary in Hanoi, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, to start operations on March 1, 2014.

Until now, TOA has conducted sales in Vietnam through distributors, using its Singapore sales subsidiary as a base. Now, TOA has established a limited company in Vietnam, CONG TY TNHH TOA ELECTRONICS VIET NAM (TOA ELECTRONICS VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED) to reinforce its business activities in Vietnam. This is the first time TOA opened a sales base in Vietnam.
